This game is produced in Europe, we’ll send the pallets to USA and distribute through our fullfilment center to USA and Canada. To south america we’ll have to see the best option (to send from Eu or from USA). Estimated prices (and please, consider it might change based on the final weigth of the package and postal service variations):
USA: from 10 to 15$ Canada: from 15 to 20$ EU: from 10 to 30$ Australia: $12 Rest of the World: from 30 to 60$

It doesn’t matter that the game is produced in the EU, unlike USA EU has lots of countries with different rules and legislations. It’s a nightmare and it’s very different to send a package to UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece… the price varies and that’s why we said the shipping costs would be between 10$ (wich is the same minimum as USA) and 30$. In some countries the price will be the same as USA and in some others it will be more expensive. We’ll give you the information of every country as soon as we can.

Are game rules available?
Yes, the game rules are completely written but there’s no layout for the booklet, so they lack images and design. Also note that the manuals are just a draft and don’t reflect the finished text or artwork, but the rules of the game are completely closed and tested. We have the rules written in spanish, english, italian (thanks to Daniele Silvi), french (thanks to Salgon Thierry) and polish (thanks to Boguslaw Nowakowski). The booklet is 24 pages long (all text & few images) and is really expensive to translate, so we need the money of this kickstarter to work on a perfect translation to english and a great booklet layout. That’s why we created the gameplay videos.

Are Add-ons already available in the core game?
No, they are only available if you get the Add-on. Except for custom dice, which are already available in the game, but if you need more dice for other games you can get them (all dice are 3 hits and 3 misses/skulls).

Game languages?
The game will be available in english and spanish. You’ll choose your preferred language at the end of the campaign. The game could be translated to other languages if there are enough backers interested and the kickstarter funding allows it.

What size will be the final miniatures?
All characters are between 28 and 32 mm. All creatures are between 35 and 40 mm, except some bigger monsters like Dimensional Gods, which are 70 mm. The 3d printed prototypes shown here are in some cases some milimeters bigger, as we were experimenting with sizes. Also note that the map tiles shown in some videos and photos are 20x20 cm (8 inches) and the final ones will be 25x25 cm (10 inches), which is better for gameplay and allows us to highlight the artwork of the tiles.

Yes, and we’ll continue unlocking content after the campaign through the pledge manager. Our most important aim is to make you enjoy Pandemonium.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
