We’re living strange days. I hope you and your beloved ones are fine and doing well.

It’s been a long time since we closed this project. However, I want to give away some content to thank you for your support back in the day. Maybe some of you can enjoy it during this long “quarantine”.

First thing I want to share with you is a pack of miniatures from Pandemonium as printable 3d files. You have 32 unique models, containing all the miniatures of the kickstarter exclusive game.
Feel free to open them, make adjustments, variations, improvements or anything you want with them. Maybe add some legs? :D

Although I printed all of them back in 2015, maybe some of them need fixes, depending on your 3d print machine. Just open the files and do your magic.

I’m also working on a new map for the game. I’ll share it in few days. It can be used in any of the previous adventures, or you can use it for your own campaigns. Lost add-ons IMPORTANT info.

Hopefully, this is the last update about shipping issues.

We've finally arrived to an agreement with Asendia. It took more than expected, but it seems everything is now under control.

They will be sending all lost/returned packages, covering the costs of the shipping and insurance. They'll pick up all the repacked packages this wednesday 4th October and send them with a track number, that we'll provide you as soon as shipping starts (they're expected to leave at the end of this week).
Please, use the track number to follow your package and confirm us its reception.

This only applies to those backers who didn't get their add-ons. Most of you already have everything home, so don't worry.

About replacements: all backers that contacted us with missing or damaged components, please remember that the manufacturer is covering the replacements, we can't do it. We try to press them to send quickly, but they do it their way.
All replacements have been sent. However, international packages can take a while or be lost. If that happens, we can ask again for a new replacement, as many times as needed.
They don't use track numbers, so I'm afraid it's impossible for us to locate your replacements.

If you have a really important replacement (wrong language cards, for example), we can try to send the package ourselves with track number, but please, understand that we don't have money to do this for every replacement.

We've collaborated with a known youtuber to create a "how to play" video of the game. More info on that soon.

Our intention is that next update we can talk about the game, meaning that shipping is finally over. This will be before Essen '17.

IMPORTANT shipping information

Dear Backer, this is an important update relating add-on shipping.
This only affects to non EU backers that bought add-on trough Kickstarter or Backerkit. If you are an EU citizen or didn’t buy any add-on at all, you don’t need to keep reading. Thank you for your support.

Many backers outside EU, received their games through Expert Xpress, who did a really decent job. However, as you may know (latest kickstarter updates), all add-ons outside EU were sent via Asendia, a Swiss company that had a good reputation. They did a terrible and unacceptable mistake with the labeling of their packages. All packages have two labels, one added manually, with the correct name and address and one added by Asendia with the correct name, but a wrong address.

We know that a good bunch of backers have received their packages thanks to their postal services effort, but others may have received a wrong package or most probably their package may have been returned to the sender (Asendia).

We asked responsibilities to Asendia and a way to compensate us and our image (we already had enough problems during this production to add this last stupid incident). This has been an unexpected and unfortunate event that has stolen a lot of hours of work and has given a lot of extra unnecessary headaches to us.

What we need now, to try and accelerate this issue with Asendia, is your help. Please, send a mail to [email protected] (make sure it is “thegameforgers” in plural, with “s”) telling us if you did not receive your add-ons.
If you did receive the add-ons of another backer, please, don’t keep them and also tell us, so we can try to solve this quickly.

We already have a list of “successfully delivered” packages and returned packages, but we need to make sure that all the info is correct, update it and pass that info to Asendia to force them track, resend and replace any returned or lost package, as quick as possible.

If we could have gathered all this information by the 15th September, we’d try to make sure that all left add-ons could arrive in October, and finally close shipping for this project.

I know that most of you have already received everything, so please, only those with missing add-ons, write us as soon as possible.

Add your name and current full address (including telephone), so we can accelerate the formalities, and this way, we don’t have to contact you again asking extra info.

Please, don’t worry about your add-ons, you’ll receive them if you haven’t already, we’re working on it.
Luckily, this didn’t affect the games shipment, but it has been a good advice of the need to work with a shipping company that has a modern and reliable fulfillment system and preferably that had worked with crowdfunding projects before.

Once upon a time....

...I decided to publish a boardgame. After two long years, I can officially say that the journey is over: Pandemonium shipping has finished.

I know we still have some months ahead of answering mails, locating packages and replacing damaged components, but I'm really happy to have been able to finish this first kickstarter with success.

Shipping madness!

Hello, just a quick update to inform about shipping.

Spain: is completed. 3 packages were returned and we're trying to contact the backers to solve this. Games + add-ons have been delivered.

Europe: most of it is completed. Some countries (even inside the EU) need extra documentation to enter the country. The shipping company informed us of this quite late, and we managed to send them all the needed documentation last tuesday. So, it's expected to leave their warehouse early this week.
Some of this countries are: Bulgary, Finland, Norway, Swizerland, Malta, etc.

EU backers are receiving the game + add-ons in the same package.

Misery pledge: some EU backers who got the "6 games" misery pledge, only received 1 game. We managed to fix that and all other 5 games were delivered to Asendia past wednesday and they left the warehouse on friday; so you should receive the remaining games this week.

Australia and Asia: almost everyone should have received the game, and add-ons should be arriving soon; some might have arrived.
Some games were managed by Asendia instead of Expert Xpress, and these may arrive later. If you haven't received the game, it should arrive this week, please be aware.

USA and CA: the vessel arrived more than two weeks ago. The games crossed customs without problems and then were picked up by Expert Xpress and send to their warehouse. This is what their contact said me last week:

"Your inventory delivery has been scheduled to arrive on Thursday to my warehouse between 4-5pm. Depending on the time it actually arrives we will conduct a quick inventory. Target date to push out all orders will be Friday Or Monday at the latest. On USA Monday night 6pm all tracking numbers will be valid on UPS system. By USA Monday night 10 PM all backers in USA and Canada will receive an email confirmation with the order and tracking number for them to check the status. All shipments in the USA should be delivered in 5 or less days. Canadian shipments may take up to 7 days depending on the destination."

After several delays, I expect this info to be true and you should start receiving your games during the week.

ADD-ONS: international add-ons are delivered by Asendia, not Expert Xpress. So, games and add-ons come in separate packages.

Add-ons were send in two different waves: little packages of less than 2 kg, and medium packages of more than 2 kg. The first wave was sent one week ago and the next was expected to leave this week. However, as some of you have pointed, packages are arriving with wrong adresses.
That alarmed us and immediately searched for the error. And it is a big problem.

Asendia has introduced wrong adresses in most of the add-on packages. They screwed up with the user info. Our documents were correct and the adress introduced into the packages were also correct, but somehow they misprinted that information when labeling them.

Good news is that we can fix wave 2 before start shipping. And also, most of the packages contain a correct adress fixed into the box, apart form the wrong one added by Asendia. So, they are arriving to backers anyway.
However, expect that some of them will be returned to Asendia's warehouse, for sure.

This is an intolerable mistake and we're asking for responsabilities, as this was not our error.
No big problem if everything ends well, but this is a new unexpected stone in the way to finish this project, that will cost money, time and energy. A shame.
